Additionally, Diamond Bay City is designed to be a fully integrated luxury destination, comparable to Resort World Sentosa (Singapore) and Genting Resort (Malaysia). Upon completion, it will be one of the most spectacular coastal resort cities ever built, featuring: Over 15 resorts and hotels (ranging from 4 to 7 stars, with approximately 10,000 rooms); 5,000 villas, managed by international hospitality brands; A yacht marina, high-end shopping districts, diverse entertainment zones, hospitals, international schools, and even a casino (pending government approval).
